In January 2023 we carried out works to various roofs at a factory in Edenbridge, Kent.
The entrance flat roof was leaking and so we replaced it with new high performance polyester based elastomeric roofing felt.
A pitched roof was also leaking where it joined the higher building so we fitted new steel flashings to seal the area.
Leaks were occurring on an old roof and so we fitted new flashings to cover the area and ensure the pipe was sealed.
