Project Summary
After an initial enquiry regarding their leaking roof from a client who had viewed our website, SCS Roofing Services met the client on site to discuss and survey the project. The client had identified some issues with regards to the internal refurbishment of the premises being damaged by a leaking roof.
During the inspection it was noted that the fabric of the existing guttering had deteriorated. Waste material was present and many of the gutter joints were leaking. We proposed to install a new purpose manufactured gutter liner made from a high performance reinforced continuous roll of Firestone ultraply membrane.
The gutter Lining Membrane is manufactured to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and is environmentally friendly.
The contract was completed very quickly without any disruption to staff and the internal refurbishment of the offices continued as scheduled. The liner was installed to 4 no. gutters totalling 111 linear metres.
As with all our projects, communication with our clients was key to a quick smooth running contract.
