During June 2024, we undertook roofing repairs to a warehouse roofs in Salfords, Redhill, Surrey.
The composite panel steel roof had rooflights fitted in it and one of the sheet end laps where the rooflights and steel sheets met had rusted through and was leaking.
We therefore fitted a new steel flashing to run from the ridge to down past the sheet lap and the rusted area.
The flashings were secured using new fixings and sealed for weather-tightness.
