During May 2024, we carried out work to a Warehouse roof in Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey.
The existing translucent roof sheets had reached the end of their life and natural daylight transmission had been severely reduced.
The 14 no. old translucent rooflights were therefore replaced with new translucent roof sheets which increased natural daylight within the building as well as curing a number of leaks.
We fitted white tinted rooflights which help to reduce glare and solar gain. This is particularly helpful when there is a mezzanine floor inside the building which there was in this instance.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
