The exterior of your building is often the first thing that your clients see. Over-cladding, re-cladding or painting a building can dramatically alter it’s appearance.
The new over cladding can be fitted directly over the existing cladding or walls, causing minimal disruption to the day to day running of your business.
This popular method of renovating existing buildings can provide dramatic improvements to both appearance and performance of the external cladding, for a relatively low cost compared to stripping and re-sheeting.
Alternatively the old cladding can be stripped and replaced with new. Composite panels can be installed if preferred with varying thicknesses and designs to choose from, these panels can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
The cladding and flashing details can be designed in a variety of different colours to enhance the appearance and possibly even to match your company colour scheme.
If the existing cladding is in good order but the coating is looking tired and faded it may be possible to clean, prepare and paint the existing cladding sheet.
We use Rustoleum Noxyde Peganox Paint, which is a brushable elastomeric water based anti-rust paint for metal roofs and cladding.
As with the other options new flashing details could be installed to further improve the look of the building.
