During February 2023, we carried out works on a warehouse roof in Worthing, West Sussex.
A vent cover had rusted through and so water was leaking into the vent and inside the building. Pigeons were also getting under the cover and their waste was dropping inside.
We therefor fixed a new cover over the vent and fitted wire mesh around the outside to stop the birds getting in.
