During October 2023, we carried out repair works to a Warehouse and Office roof in Tonbridge, Kent.
The roof was cleaned down of the moss that was growing on it and the mastic that had been applied to the end laps which was preventing water draining effectively down the roof .
The 20 no. old translucent rooflights were replaced with new translucent roof sheets which increased natural daylight within the building as well as curing a number of leaks.
We also fitted 6 no. new overlay sheets to cover damaged sheets.
The 2 no. heater flues had new ski-slope flashings and rubberised pipe flashings fitted.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
