During January 2024 we carried out repairs to a Factory/Warehouse roof in Rochester, Kent.
The roof was leaking in 3 no. places with 2 no. leaks from around the ridge vents and 1 no. from around a heater pipe.
We fitted flashings over the ridge vents as these weren’t used anymore and fitted new oversize ridge flashings to the areas between.
New purpose manufactured steel “ski-slope” flashings were then fitted to the heater pipe along with a new rubberised pipe flashing to ensure it was effectively sealed.
