During December 2023, we carried out work to a Warehouse roof in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
The roof was leaking in a couple of areas below rooflights, where the sheets had delaminated.
In the area around 16 no. rooflights we cleaned down the moss that was growing on the sheets and the end laps which was preventing water draining down the roof effectively.
We fitted 16 no. new overlay sheets to cover over the damaged sheets. This cured the existing leaks as well as helped prevent further leaks.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
