During November and December 2021 we carried out an over-roofing to an office and workshop roof in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
The original steel roof was leaking in a number of places and the roof was starting to rust in areas.
We therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings to the ridge, eaves gables and where any pipes/vents protruded through the roof surface.
