During April 2023, we carried out an over-roofing to an office and warehouse roof in Aldershot, Hampshire.
The original asbestos cement roof was leaking in a number of areas, particularly around the rooflights and where sheets were cracked.
We therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The existing rooflights were changed using new rooflights.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting.
New rooflights were fitted above the already changed rooflights.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
The gutters were cleaned out and sealed.
