During December 2019, we undertook repair work to the gutters and roof on an office/warehouse roof in Edenbridge, Kent.
The gutters had been felted previously but water had penetrated under the felt and was leaking through in numerous places.
The guttering was cleaned, the fillers temporarily removed and a new Firestone Ultraply Membrane gutter liner was fitted complete with stop-ends and outlets to a total length of 56 linear metres (2 no. gutters).
6 no. overlay sheets were fitted to cover over cement based sheets that had delaminated.
To increase natural daylight within the building above the Stores area 8 no. translucent roof sheets will be systematically removed, adjoining sheet laps will be cleaned and new, matching profile, translucent roof sheets will be installed.
The first two pictures are the after and before shots of the gutter. The third picture shows the outlet and the overflow outlet. The fourth picture shows where the overly sheets have been fitted.
