In April 2025, we undertook roofing repairs to a warehouse roof in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
The steel roof had leaks occurring where 4 no. old flues had been removed but had been repaired poorly.
To 3 no. of the leaks we fitted new steel flashings to run from the ridge over the repair to prevent the leaks.
1 no. of the leaks was below a rooflight and so for this one we had a new matching profile sheet purpose manufactured to replace the original damaged sheet.
The flashings were secured using new fixings and sealed for weather-tightness.
We also cleaned out the smoke vents and fitted new fixings where some rivets were missing.
