During April 2025, we carried out an over-roofing to an office and shop roof in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The original roof was leaking in a number of areas, particularly around the old rooflights.
The rooflights weren’t needed as the building had suspended ceilings inside so we therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings at the ridge, gables and eaves and around the pipes that penetrate the roof.
