During November 2024, we carried out work to a workshop roof in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
The existing translucent roof sheets had reached the end of their life and leaks were occurring in various areas.
The roof was cleaned down of the moss that was growing on it which was preventing water draining down the roof effectively.
The 20 no. old translucent rooflights were therefore replaced with new translucent roof sheets which increased natural daylight within the building as well as curing a number of leaks.
25 no. overlay sheets were also fitted to cover over damaged sheets and where the redundant pipes in the roof were removed.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
