During March 2025, we carried out work to a Warehouse roof in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
The roof was leaking in a number of areas below rooflights, where the sheets had delaminated.
To cure these leaks and to help prevent future leaks we treated all of the sheets on the middle slopes that hadn’t been treated previously.
In the area of the rooflights to be treated we cleaned down the moss that was growing on the sheets and the end laps which was preventing water draining down the roof effectively.
We fitted 24 no. new overlay sheets to cover over the damaged sheets.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
