During March 2025, we carried out repair work to a factory and shop in Portslade, East Sussex.
The steel gutters had completely rusted through around the outlets and water was pouring down, whilst rusty gutter joints were leaking and staining the cladding.
We therefore removed the old gutters and down-pipes and replaced them with new large capacity half round PVC guttering and down-pipes which will last longer as they won’t corrode.
The first 2 no. pictures show the new guttering, whilst the third picture shows the old gutter.
