During August 2024 we carried out repairs over the offices and warehouse of an industrial unit in Maidstone, Kent.
The original gutters had rusted and were leaking in numerous places.
The pipes that penetrated through the roof surface were poorly sealed and some previous repairs that had been carried out by others were leaking. We therefor fitted new flexible Firestone gutter liners complete with new outlets and flashings to a total length of approximately 136 linear metres (2 no. gutters).
New ski-slope flashings were fitted to the pipes and to cover over the previous repairs. New rubberised pipe flashings were also fitted to the pipes.
