During August 2024 we carried out repairs to an industrial Unit in Farlington, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
A new office area was being built inside the warehouse and leaks were damaging the new ceiling. At the clients request we carried out the following repairs to this area of the roof only.
A new flashing was fitted to cover over the old expansion flashing which was leaking.
2 no. rooflights were replaced with new translucent sheets.
2 no. overlay sheets were fitted over cracked roof sheets.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
The gutter was also cleaned out.
