In August 2021 we carried out some repair work to a warehouse and office roof in Salfords, Redhill, Surrey.
The original brackets to the steel gutter had failed and the gutter had twisted meaning it held a lot of water and was in danger of collapsing.
We cleaned out the gutters, repaired the brackets as necessary and re-fixed them with new bolts. We also inserted additional fixings to further strengthen the gutter to a total length of approximately 120 linear metres.
The majority of the foam fillers under the hip flashings were missing we, therefore, fitted new matching profile foam fillers to a total length of approximately 180 linear metres.
The pictures show the foam fillers after and before and the gutter brackets after and before.
