During July 2020 we carried out refurbishment work to the cladding of a warehouse Unit in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The building was looking tired as the paint had faded and some of the paint was flaking off of the steel cladding. A couple of the flashings were rusting badly.
We replaced the drip flashing and the flashing above the shutter door with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
We cleaned and prepared the cladding and flashings and then applied 2 coats of water-based acrylic paint.
The new paint provides an elastic coating with very special anti-corrosive and water-resistant properties.
