During October 2024, we carried out an over-roofing to an office and workshop roof in Chichester, West Sussex.
The original cement based roof was leaking in a number of areas, particularly around the rooflights and where sheets were cracked.
We therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting, as the rooflights were no longer required these were sheeted over.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
