During February 2025, we carried out an over-roofing to a dance studio roof in Liss, Hampshire.
The original fibre cement roof was leaking in a number of areas.
We therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting.
To prevent water going over the top of the gutters we stopped the sheets a bit shorter and fitted a new galvanised steel flashing to divert the water into the gutters.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
