In late October 2019, we undertook a contract for Adur & Worthing council on a Warehouse roof in Worthing, West Sussex.
The valley gutter running between 2 buildings had been lined with Plygene previously but had been poorly fitted. The gutter below was leaking badly.
We cleaned out the gutter and removed the original liner.
As approved contractors, we then fitted a Unifold gutter lining system without any disruption internally including new outlets, stop-ends and weirs.
Unifold is manufactured from an EPDM membrane which is pressure bonded to a galvanized and organically coated steel substrate. The system has a double sealed joint for total integrity.
Total length of the valley gutter treated was approximately 43 linear metres.
The first two pictures show the new liner with the other two pictures showing the old liner.
