During July 2021 we carried out repairs to the coping flashings on a flat office roof in, Chichester, West Sussex.
The paint on the flashing that acts as the capping to the wall around the flat roof was peeling off.
To enhance the appearance, we fitted new purpose manufactured plastisol coated steel flashings to cover the top of the wall and down the front face to just past the existing flashing line.
New flashings will be secured using new precision formed fixings or rivets.
Total length of new flashings to be approximately 50 linear metres.
