During May 2020 we carried out some repair work on the office section of a large Warehouse roof in Rainham, Essex.
The gable end flashings were banging in windy conditions as a number of the original fixings had come loose.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to access the area by a mobile access platform so scaffolding was erected.
All of the old fixings and rivets in the flashings were removed.
New fixings and rivets were fitted and the flashings resealed to ensure they are water-tight and secure.
