During November 2024, we carried out work to a Warehouse and Office roof in Tonbridge, Kent.
A heater was being removed and so the pipe through the roof was no longer required. We therefore removed the pipe and flashings from the roof and fitted 2 no. overlay sheets to ensure the area was water-tight.
The new sheets were secured using new fixings.
