During June 2022, we carried out an over-roofing to an office and warehouse roof in Partridge Green, Horsham, West Sussex.
The original steel roof was leaking in a number of areas, particularly around the rooflights.
We therefore recommended an over-roofing system.
The existing rooflights were changed using heavyweight rooflights so that they were non-fragile whilst the rest of the works were completed.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting.
New rooflights were fitted above the already changed rooflights.
The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
We also removed the existing eaves guttering and fitted larger capacity half round guttering complete with all necessary fixtures and new down-pipes to discharge at ground level.
