During December 2024, we carried out an over-roofing to a Plant Room roof in Chichester, West Sussex.
The original steel roof was leaking in a number of areas, particularly around the vents in the roof.
We removed the vents which the client repositioned into the walls before we fitted an over-roofing system to the roof.
The roof was covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting. The roof was finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
As the roof was higher we raised the eaves gutters by removing the old guttering and fitting new gutters.
