During June 2020, we carried out an over-roofing to a Warehouse roof in Littlehampton, West Sussex. This was the third roof we have treated this way for this particular client.
The original steel roof was rusting badly at the sheet end laps and was leaking in a number of areas. The guttering was in very poor condition and leaking badly.
We, therefore, recommended treating the complete area to ensure it was watertight.
We lined the valley and eaves gutters with new firestone gutter liners.
After fixing the grid system, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting were fitted.
The roof was finished off with new purpose manufactured gable, eaves and ridge flashings.
