During March 2026, we carried out work to a warehouse roof in St Mary’s Platt, Sevenoaks Kent.
The roof was leaking in 2 no. areas, one around an old disused pipe and one where there was a small hole in the roof
We firstly removed the redundant pipe and lowered it to ground level.
We then fitted 2 no. new grey coloured overlay sheets, 1 no. where the pipe had been removed and 1 no. over the hole.
Both new sheets were secured using new fixings.
