During February 2026, we carried out work to a Warehouse roof in Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent.
The roof was leaking in a number of areas. There was a large amount of moss on the roof and a number of sheets were cracked.
We therefore cleaned down the moss that was growing on the sheets and end laps which was preventing water draining from the roof effectively.
The gutters were also cleaned and all the waste was lowered to ground level.
We fitted 8 no. new overlay sheets to cover over the cracked sheets.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
We also replaced 1 no. damaged liner panel with a new plasterboard liner.
The 1st 3 no. pictures show the cleaned down roof and gutter with some overlay sheets fitted and the 4th picture shows the roof before work commenced.
