During September 2025, we carried out work to a Warehouse roof in East Peckham, Kent.
The roof was leaking in numerous areas on the rear roof slope, where the sheets had delaminated, due to the moss on the roof and the roof slope being in the shade of trees.
In the area below the rooflights on the rear roof slope we cleaned down the moss that was growing on the sheets and the end laps which was preventing water draining down the roof effectively.
We then cleaned out the guttering as well.
We then fitted 22 no. new overlay sheets to cover over the damaged sheets and all the other sheets below the rooflights apart from 2 no. which had been replaced previously.
This cured the existing leaks as well as helped prevent further leaks, as the most won’t grow back on the new sheets.
All of the new sheets were secured using new fixings.
