In September 2021, we undertook a contract on a warehouse roof in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
An area of the roof had to be cleared as seagull nest and debris was stopping the water from draining over the roof.
2 no. pipes and 2 no. vents were then removed from the roof and new grey coloured overlay sheets were fitted over the holes.
An additional 8 no. overlay sheets were also fitted over any cracked or damaged sheets in the area of the leaks
We also fitted a new purpose manufactured plastisol coated steel flashings to the rear gable end to a length of approximately 30 linear metres as the flashing had been damaged in recent storms.
