During July 2019, we undertook a contract in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The client had been given a schedule of dilapidation’s by their landlord and so certain works were required to the Warehouse and office roof.
2 no. flues in the roof were redundant so these were removed and new metal flashing’s were fitted to cover the holes and make them water-tight.
A section of the steel down-pipe had rusted through and so was removed and replaced with a purpose-made new section.
The end laps of the sheets were starting to rust. These were cleaned down and then painted with a rust preventative elastomeric coating.
