During November 2022, we carried out repair work to a warehouse and office roof in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The lead flashings had been stolen from the roof so we replaced these with new plastisol coated steel flashings to ensure the areas were water-tight.
We cleaned the roof down of the large build-up of moss and lowered it to ground level.
16 no. old translucent rooflights were replaced with new translucent roof sheets which increased natural daylight within the buildings as well as curing a number of leaks.
The rooflights were secured using new fixings.
18 no. overlay sheets were also fitted to cover any delaminated roof sheets and the gutters were also cleaned out.
