During December 2025 and January 2026, we carried out an over-roofing to 4 no. roofs of a warehouse and factory roof in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The original asbestos cement roofs were leaking in a number of areas as the sheets were old and delaminated and a number of them were cracked or broken.
The roofs were covered with a supporting grid, new insulation and new single skin plastisol coated steel sheeting and rooflights.
The roofs were finished with new plastisol coated steel flashings.
3 no. valley gutters were fitted with Firestone gutter liners complete with new outlets and flashings to a total length of approximately 60 linear metres.
2 no. new large capacity eaves gutters were fitted at each end of the building complete with new down-pipes.
The first 5 no. pictures show the new roof and guttering whilst the last picture shows the poor condition of the original roof.
