In March 2021, we undertook a contract for an existing customer on a Warehouse roof in Benfleet Essex.
The felted valley gutter was leaking badly over the electrical box.
We cleaned out the gutter and then re-felted it with a 3 layer felt system to a total length of approximately 19 linear metres.
In addition, we fitted new purpose manufactured steel flashings over the cladded areas to ensure the area was effectively sealed.
To cover over cracked/damaged sheets 2 no. new overlay sheets were fitted.
