During October 2025, we carried out repair work to a warehouse in Totton, Southampton, Hampshire.
Leaks were occurring along one slope of the gable end of the building. Lots of daylight was also visible as some of the foam fillers at the join of the roof and the cladding were missing.
We therefore fitted 10 linear meters of new flashings which came one profile further over onto the roof to prevent water entering.
We also fitted new matching profile foam fillers to 10 meters as well.
